About INSTRUCTOR

Lorie Tancredi-Baese

Following graduation from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena in 1996 with a degree in photography, Lorie began her professional career as a photo editor for a leading art publisher.

Her studies at one of the leading art schools in the nation, and her work experience provides her with the skills needed to communicate to students on a level that they can expect to encounter at college, and in the work place. Her years as a creative director taught her to direct creative people without interjecting her own style into students work. Lorie works with each of her advanced students on developing their own style, and voice.

Lorie is the current Chair of the Visual Arts Department, and she is one of the summer intensive instructors.
